Professional & Leadership Development Community Agreement

All GRx community members, including participants, staff, and facilitators, are asked to uphold the following Community Agreement.

By registering for a program or course, you agree to uphold the following agreement and expectations: Failure to adhere to the Community Agreement may result in an inability to continue or withholding your certificate of participation.

 

  • Respect for the rights, differences, and dignity of others
  • Honesty in all interactions
  • Commitment to creating and maintaining an inclusive and safe program environment
  • Accountability for personal actions and conduct
  • Respect for the learning environment by limiting the use of electronic devices to break times
  • Adequate preparation by completing any assigned pre-reading case studies and tasks
  • Attendance for the full duration of the program is live and in-person. Acknowledgement that absence from any portion of the program will compromise predetermined group activities. This includes attendance for all planned case groups or LDG activities.
  • Acknowledgement that all programs are conducted in English, with full participation expected through reading, understanding, and speaking in English
  • Acknowledgement that photographs taken by staff or fellow participants during the program may be shared on public social media sites. By attending, you are assumed to approve of participation and social media involvement by default.

 

**Refund Policy**

Unfortunately, due to the venue's refund policies for room size and catering purposes and the work that goes into curating the group activities to align with attendee numbers, no refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event. This means no financial reimbursements will be made on or from June 27, 2024.
In addition, if the course is sold out or registrations are closed before June 27, 2024, any change-of-mind cancellations will be eligible for a 50% refund of course costs or 50% credit towards GRx products/online courses. Within the 30-day period of the course commencing, non-attendees can elect to transfer to another participant, but they will not be issued with a refund.
