Early Career Excellence

We’re looking for two emerging leaders who are either – final year students, recent 1st or 2nd year graduates, or have recently started their own business journey.

We would like to showcase your amazing leadership qualities, connect you with our expanding leadership network of mentors, and help inspire you to make a meaningful change.

Simply submit your 5 minute video, 500 words and tell us your vision for allied health in the future to be eligible for selection as one of two 2022 Early Career Excellence and a chance to speak on The GRx Main Stage.

Successful nominee will have the opportunity to join the ‘GrowthRx Leadership Academy’ – Supporting the Future Leaders of Allied Health

Positions are offered in recognition of three or more of the following: 

  • Outstanding voluntary service
  • Formal acknowledgement or awards
  • Showcasing leadership qualities
  • Currently holding positions of leadership or responsibility
  • Public speaking passion or experience
  • Social media presence 
  • Positive change and impact
  • External education and commitment to professional development
  • Peer support, networking or community engagement
  • Innovation or initiative

Selection Criteria

5 min Video

Up to five minute video footage showcasing your passion, confidence and commitment to growing and supporting allied health for the future.

500 Words

500 words or less – expression of interest letter to support your efforts in the above listed criteria and what it would mean to you to be recognised as a rising-star!

Your Purpose

How do you intend on changing allied health for the better in the future? We’d love to learn about what drives you to do better and be better in allied health.

Your Commitment

  • Attendance of both GRx flagship events (Business Summit and Main Stage).
  • Review blog for each event.
  • Active engagement and regular contributions to GRx FB group discussions.
  • Support and encourage others to join the GRx and wider allied health community.
  • Feature in the Live at Lunch Webinar Series.
  • Be an upstanding role model and leader to your peers, colleagues and the community.
  • Respect the GRx core values.

Our Commitment

  • Open invitation to attend all 2022 GRx events and online leadership course..
  • Access to GRx Leader network for professional growth and development.
  • Recognition on GrowthRx website and formal award at The Main Stage Event.
  • Publishing of event reviews and blogs on GrowthRx website.
  • Regular mentoring sessions and support from GRx Founder, Jade Scott
  • Priority consideration for the Main Stage ‘Wild Card’ speaker position at Main Stage.
